2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation Statement: Cancellations received in writing (events@ahuri.edu.au) to AHURI by Sunday 27 September 2026 will be accepted, and all fees refunded less an administrative fee of AUD $100. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. A replacement delegate may attend the conference instead of the original delegate – must advise in writing of change and sent to events@ahuri.edu.au.
Transfer of registration: Your registration can be transferred to another person at no charge on the first occasion; subsequent changes will incur a cost of an administrative fee of AUD $100 - this includes transferring an already transferred registration to another person. The full name, email and mobile of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing (events@ahuri.edu.au) to AHURI prior to the conference.
Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT CONDITIONS
To qualify for Early Bird Registration, registration must be made by Tuesday 30 June 2026 and paid in full by Tuesday 14 July 2026. If payment is not received by this date, registration will revert back to the standard conference applicable rate and new invoice will be issued. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.
After Friday 28 August 2026, only payments made by credit card will be accepted.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements in accordance with your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt. Please note that bookings will only be confirmed once payment is received.
GENERAL
AHURI is not responsible for the loss to delegates of any travel, hotel or other related costs as a result of the cancellation of the Australian Homelessness Conference. Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. AHURI accepts no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
By registering for the Australian Homelessness Conference, delegates give AHURI permission to photograph and video them for use in publications and promotion materials regarding the conference including on their website and on social media. Should an attendee not agree to the above image release, they must advise AHURI.
All details contained in the conference program and on the conference website are subject to change without notice.
AHURI, and their agents, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered by the person, or property of any conference participant during or in connection with the conference program or any other activities of Australian Homelessness Conference.
AHURI reserves the right to cancel at any time any or all events on the conference program or other activities of Australian Homelessness Conference.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
AHURI will collect and store information you provide in the registration process for the purposes of enabling us to:
- register your attendance at the Australian Homelessness Conference
- assist with administrative and planning purposes
- plan and develop the conference and other events in the future
- facilitate your requirements in relation to the Australian Homelessness Conference; and
- allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Australian Homelessness Conference.
The information that you provide in the registration process and information provided at any other time during the Australian Homelessness Conference, will be used to offer, provide and continue to improve its conference and other services. Unless otherwise stated, details collected will be added to AHURI’s database which is used for AHURI marketing purposes.
