Zoe Thebaud has been a Registered Nurse since 2009 and has dedicated much of her career to community-based healthcare, with a strong focus on improving health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. She holds a Master of Health Administration, Policy and Leadership and has held a range of clinical and leadership roles across the homelessness and community healthcare sectors. Zoe played a key role in establishing Western Australia's first Medical Respite Centre for people experiencing homelessness, contributing to the development of the service model and overseeing the successful implementation and pilot phase of the service. As Chief Operating Officer at Homeless Healthcare, she is passionate about developing innovative, integrated healthcare services and advocates for approaches that recognise the close relationship between health and homelessness. She is committed to reducing barriers to healthcare and improving access to services for people experiencing homelessness.
