Theonie Tacticos is the Manager of Community Engagement and Development at Aboriginal Housing Victoria, the largest Aboriginal registered community housing agency in Australia. A passionate social justice and inclusion advocate, with more than 25 years of experience in local and state governments, the not-for-profit, and the university sectors.  Theonie has held a range of service delivery, policy, planning, strategy, research and evaluation roles, with a commitment to inclusion, improving the lives of our vulnerable communities, and making a difference in community.
