Tammy Elvin is a Regional Manager with Junction for the Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island region, known for her values-driven leadership and commitment to equity, authenticity, and strong community outcomes. With a background in social work, social planning, and community development, Tammy brings extensive experience across the homelessness and family and domestic violence sectors. She takes a strategic, collaborative approach to strengthening regional service systems and has led key initiatives, including the Fleurieu Accommodation Project, to improve access to safe and sustainable housing. Tammy is passionate about partnering with community groups to create opportunities for innovative, creative, place-based responses and lasting change. She is also committed to authentically embedding lived experience in service design and advancing meaningful, community-led system change.
