Shannon Richardson is the Safe and Healthy Manager – Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence and Homelessness Primary Care Initiatives at Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN). Shannon has over 18 years’ experience across frontline services, management, commissioning, service design and system reform.

Shannon currently leads a range of innovative, place-based initiatives focused on improving access to integrated primary healthcare for people experiencing homelessness, domestic and family violence, and complex disadvantage. Her work centres on bringing health care to people who are often excluded from mainstream systems through multidisciplinary outreach models, integrated commissioning, and partnerships across health, housing and community sectors.
