Rocco Esposito

Rocco Esposito is an experienced Senior Executive in housing and human services, currently serving as Director Housing Services with Homes NSW. With nearly three decades of experience across public housing, homelessness services, and social policy, Rocco has led large-scale operational and reform initiatives that improve outcomes for vulnerable communities across NSW.

Rocco has played a pivotal leadership role in responding to complex emergencies, including leading the state-wide disaster welfare response and housing recovery efforts following the Mid North Coast natural disaster in May 2025. His work has focused on ensuring rapid, coordinated access to emergency accommodation, homelessness support, and longer-term housing pathways for displaced communities.

Rocco has driven innovative service delivery models, including integrated access services and housing operating models, and is known for building strong cross-sector partnerships between government and non-government organisations to deliver holistic, person-centred responses to homelessness.
