Robb has worked in the South Australian Public Service since 2018, beginning with the SA Housing Trust and now with the Department of Human Services (DHS). Within the Homelessness Systems and Partnerships directorate, Robb centres his work at the intersection of systems data and practice, policy and strategy—using evidence and insight to strengthen system design, service delivery and outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. 

Robb recently led a DHS review South Australia’s Extreme Weather Response for people Sleeping Rough, ensuring the function remains effective, contemporary, person centred, and aligned with continuous improvement, with an eye to the future impacts of a changing climate.
