Paul grew up in a farming community in the Midwest region of WA and has over 30 years’ experience in family, domestic and sexual violence, housing and homelessness and broader community service delivery, primarily in the non-for-profit sector in northern Australia. Paul has worked with Mission Australia for the past 11 years and is currently the Regional Leader in the NT with overall responsibility for such unique services as the Darwin Sobering up Shelter, Stuart Lodge and the Supported and Safe Integrated Tenancy Program at Litchfield Court. Paul lives on the lands and water ways of the Larrakia People and has a Bachelor of Social Science, a Master of International and Community Development and a PhD from Charles Darwin University.
