Nikki Schroder leads the AIHW’s housing-homelessness reporting team delivering evidence from the national administrative data collections on specialist homelessness services, social housing and housing-related financial support. Over her 8 years in this position, Nikki has led changes in the evidence base, particularly longitudinal person-centred analysis and linkage of multiple data sets to provide critical insights into the long-term trajectory of people experiencing housing insecurity.
