Mark Stracey PSM is the Executive Director of Homelessness and Sustaining Housing Outcomes Branch at Homes Victoria. Throughout his 20-year tenure in the Victorian public service, Mark has transitioned from early career roles in the housing sector to leading major government oversight and reform programs. Mark has dedicated his career to delivering structural reform, fiscal stewardship, measurable social impact for the state's most vulnerable communities and a proven track record of cultivating high-performing cultures.

He is a passionate advocate for whole-of-government collaboration, working to bridge the intersections between housing, mental health, family violence, and child protection to create a more integrated and responsive service system.
