Lenka Brazda is the Program Manager for Youth Services & Innovation at Wombat Housing Support Services. With more than a decade of experience in case management, community development, innovation and program design, Lenka specialises in co-designing frontline-led projects that use emerging technologies to reduce barriers for people experiencing vulnerability.


She recently led the development of WomBot, an ethical AI virtual case manager co-designed with staff and clients to provide 24/7 access to housing, financial assistance and crisis information. Passionate about ethical, human-centred innovation, Lenka is committed to using technology to strengthen support systems, improve accessibility and support earlier intervention across the homelessness sector.
