Katie Feeney is Executive Director NSW at the Australian Alliance to End Homelessness, where she leads systems reform initiatives focused on collective impact, implementation leadership, and cross-sector collaboration to improve homelessness outcomes. With more than 25 years’ experience across government, consulting, and the not-for-profit sector, Katie has led major social investment, policy, and systems change initiatives in Australia and the UK. 

She previously held senior leadership roles with the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, NSW Treasury, and End Street Sleeping Collaboration, where she established and led Sydney Zero - a collective impact initiative bringing organisations together to end homelessness in Inner Sydney.
