Josh Tilley-Darvill

Josh Tilley-Darvill (he/him) is a program leader specialising in LGBTQIA+ inclusive homelessness services. He oversees Pride in Place, a specialist program supporting LGBTQIA+ people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, delivered in partnership with specialist homelessness and LGBTQIA+ sector organisations. He has led the program’s implementation, partnership model, and recent independent evaluation, and works to strengthen affirming practice and service accessibility across the homelessness system.

Alongside this, Josh is Manager - Inclusion and Recovery Services at VincentCare Victoria, where he oversees AOD and homelessness programs within an integrated service model. With over a decade of experience across frontline and leadership roles, he focuses on service integration, practice improvement, and trauma-informed, affirming care.
