Jenefer Duffus is a Manager with Homes NSW Housing Services, bringing over 27 years of experience in the social housing sector. Her career has spanned frontline service delivery, team leadership, and management roles, giving her practical understanding of the evolving needs of vulnerable people within NSW. 
Jenefer has witnessed significant changes in how housing assistance is delivered across NSW and is committed to improving outcomes for clients. Most recently, she, on behalf of Homes NSW, has led the Homeward Sisters initiative in partnership with Legal Aid NSW. This program supports Aboriginal women exiting custody by addressing systemic barriers to accessing stable housing.
