Gender Pathways Coordinator, Gender Agenda

Bella has been in the LGBTQIA+ community health sector since early 2020 and currently works for A Gender Agenda as the coordinator for their peer navigation and outreach support service Gender Pathways. Bella is particularly passionate about supporting young TGD people who are at risk of homelessness or are abstaining from school and as a former teacher enjoys working alongside families and education professionals, to build sustainable relationships.

Bella is also a member of AusPATH and the Society of Australian Sexologists and has previously presented at other conferences on LGBTQIA+ issues including the 2025 AusPATH conference in Hobart and the 2020 Better Together conference in Naarm.
