Incoming CEO, Northern Territory Council of Social Service (NTCOSS)

Trish Connolly is the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Territory Council of Social Service (NTCOSS) and will commence in November 2026. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning senior roles across the community sector and both State and Federal Governments 
Previously, Trish served as CEO of Yfoundations, NSW's peak body for youth homelessness, where she strengthened the organisation's national influence and championed policy reform and advocacy for children and young people experiencing homelessness and domestic/family violence. Her career includes leadership and advisory roles in Australia and the United Kingdom, with deep expertise in homelessness and housing reform, domestic and family violence, service system redesign, and driving collaborative approaches to complex social issues.
