Susan Richards is the Executive Manager Northern Territory at Lutheran Care, where she provides strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of community services, including homelessness, child and family wellbeing, financial wellbeing and community development programs. She leads collaborative initiatives that strengthen outcomes for vulnerable individuals, families and communities across the Northern Territory.

With extensive experience in community services leadership, across SA and NT, Susan is recognised for her work in service innovation, cross-sector collaboration, cultural safety and system reform. She works closely with government, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, housing providers and sector partners to improve service integration and access for people experiencing disadvantage.

Susan has a particular interest in homelessness responses, community-led solutions, and strengthening pathways between housing, health and social support services. She is passionate about building sustainable partnerships that improve outcomes for individuals and communities and regularly represents Lutheran Care in sector forums, strategic partnerships and government consultations.
