Northern Australia, Regional Coordinator

My career has been dedicated to proposing solutions for people facing hardship—finding a path out of difficult situations. A majority of that time was spent running St Vincent de Paul NT's homelessness services, where I developed a deep commitment to ensuring people with complex needs receive the wrap-around support they deserve.

In 2016, I established and continue to chair the Homeless Response Group (HRG), bringing sector expertise together to support vulnerable individuals. The HRG now advises Territory Housing on priority allocations, and I chair monthly coordination meetings with the NT Department of Housing.

After 14 years at SVDP, I transitioned to NT Shelter as Regional Coordinator for the North, focusing on homelessness and supporting front line staff. I spent six months embedded in the Department of Housing, representing sector perspectives in co-developing the NT Homelessness Strategy 2025–2030.

I currently serve on the board of Homelessness Australia, bringing both frontline experience and a systemic lens to national conversations on addressing homelessness.
