Katie Vos is the Acting Manager Strategic Policy (Reform and Coordination) within the Western Australian Department of Communities' Office of Homelessness, where she leads statewide policy, reform, commissioning and service system improvement initiatives. With more than 20 years of public sector experience, Katie has worked across homelessness, disability, community services and law enforcement, bringing a strong focus on strategic reform, governance and cross-sector collaboration.   

Katie has led a range of significant homelessness initiatives, including service recommissioning programs, coordinated responses to rough sleeping, Aboriginal-led service design projects, and cross-government reform initiatives supporting implementation of Western Australia's All Paths Lead to a Home: 10-Year Strategy on Homelessness. She is recognised for building effective partnerships across government, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, local government and the community services sector to drive sustainable system change and improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
