Grace is a passionate and well-recognised advocate in the Australian alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector, known for her tenacity and clear calls to action. She is committed to preventing overdose deaths and advancing innovative, practical harm reduction strategies. championing drug checking, safer festivals, and expanded naloxone access. Since 2021, she has served as the Western Australian Council Member for the Australasian Professional Society on Alcohol and other Drugs (APSAD) and was the inaugural recipient of the APSAD Advocacy Award, recognising her leadership and sector impact. 

Since 2025, Grace has been delivering AOD projects with St Patrick’s Community Support Centre, focusing on preventing recurring homelessness through harm reduction and service innovation.
